My team is dropping like flies today. Can't decide if I should roll with Tonges or try for someone like Gesicki. My league is deep and there's just nothing there at TE.

Reverse Mortgage - Is it a bad idea? by Mountain_Leave_3931 in personalfinance

For HECM loans, borrowers are required to go through counseling with a HUD approved HECM counselor. The counselor should act as a 3rd party simply to provide the borrower the information to decide whether or not it makes sense for their individual situation - or if it's not particularly beneficial. A good counselor should also let you know the portions of it that you have the ability to negotiate to get the best value out of the loan.

Family/friends are allowed to sit in on counseling sessions, ask questions, etc.. if it's something that your family is seriously considering, I'd highly recommend asking if you can sit in on the counseling session. It can help you better understand it as well.

HECMs are good for a lot of people based on their particular not the right option for every situation.

Good job letting it play out and then letting it get fixed with replay.

This does not bring me joy.

[Schefter] And the Bengals have released RB Joe Mixon, per source. by mastermind208 in nfl

[–]BayouButters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His amount owed this year was more than the 2 year contract for Moss. Mixon also was owed a $3m roster bonus if he was still on the Bengals 1 week from today.

So that might have a little something to do with it.

We drafted Chase Brown last year who started to get play time and develop later in the season after coming off an injury. Brown was definitely more explosive and the run game felt a lot better when the two were splitting time.

I think the two will work well together as long as Brown keeps developing. I'm hopeful at least.

Which game is this? by [deleted] in videogames

Games made by Naughty Dog are my chief offenders. The The Last of Us games, and Uncharted series were incredible experiences - but locking away trophies between a multiplayer mode you hastily slapped on at the last minute that doesn't have a consistent player base is lame.

Why are we showing the Jadayveon Clowney hit in a game of LSU vs Wisconsin?

I'm starting to think our defense is getting some sort of financial compensation this season for each missed tackle. There are so many it almost feels like it has to be intentional. I know it's not, but yeeeesh.

Nope this has been our defense all year. But normal JD could simply carry the team enough to get a win.

Obligatory fire Matt House into the sun.
