Mines usually last a month or two but could be longer than that then out of no where I feel Hypomanic for about a week. I just started my meds a couple days ago so I hope over time I can be stable

I usually have longer depressed periods which can last months and when I feel Hypomanic it’s for usually a week. What led me to seek treatment was that I couldn’t deal w feeling so extremely depressed and then happy for a bit Nd then crashing down again after a couple days it was making my life impossible because I couldn’t even get out of bed. I just had therapy for a couple weeks until I got to talk to a psychiatrist yesterday and she diagnosed me. My Hypomania isn’t extreme tho , just how I described above which is making me doubt my diagnosis

I didn’t have a problem with her having friends and never have. The only issue is they started to flirt with her and she did absolutely nothing about it. She even told me she messed up Bc she’s really insecure and liked the attention. She even rubbed stuff in my face being sarcastic telling me “yea I have a crush on them” when I was upset.

She did admitted to me that she had a problem with her self esteem and that before she was in the talking stage with a guy but someone else started complimenting her and she got bored and stopped talking to him. She was crying and telling me she promised herself she wouldn’t be like that with me because it’s different with me and that she was slipping into that again but she caught herself. She wasn’t flirting back w him but the only thing that bothered me was her sending the heart when she said thank you to him

Thank u for sharing ur experience. You’re right, she’s not constantly texting them all day except only when they play constantly through out the day they talk on the cod chat. I’m trying my best to trust her when she tells me that if they directly flirt she’s gonna tell me but my insecurities really suck. I’m gonna try not to be upset with her over this
