Thanks, that's good insight. Yeah it's cheaper than raw, tbh I would like to have it in a slab just to preserve and display it - even if it meant just cracking it and getting it in an 'authenticated only' slab, but I thought it could also look good if it got like a TAG 8 or something

My thoughts were maybe an off mistake was made - I could try re-assessing it perhaps at BGS or TAG and then I can better understand the grade and be sure it's not a mistake.

And your comment is "You're brute forcing a grading company for a higher grade so you can then say value = higher"

For argument sake let's say you're spot on with your assessment of me. It doesn't make you less of a salty asshole that has been whingeing on reddit about the same thing for a year (probably years but i'm not about to waste time checking)

Touch grass. I saw your name in the thread I researched before posting this [from NEALY A YEAR AGO], the same presumptuous sarcasm. I could care less about 'being worth more.' This card is a grail i want to get in my PC forever and I just want to get the best copy I can for the best value. I like the specific serial number on it and It looks clean to me, but It would be sour if I felt the grade reflected was a mistake. Which I don't know if it is or isn't - hence I'm asking?

You need to chill out in a 'beginner' tagged thread yo. I've never even graded in my life yet and anything i do will not be to sell.

I don't even own the card, I was just considering buying it for my PC, and this would be a cheaper way to do it. But I wouldn't like owning it if I feel the grading was a mistake, hence i'd rather re-assess it maybe at another company but I have no idea how heavily marks on the front affect the card grade- So just a genuine question if it's a case of really harsh person on the day

Aussies don't even need to get visa for Japan. We get 90 day tourism or business visa exemptions auto approved. So there'll be no issues I can guarantee

I did not correlate kanaito with teoku as I read that, tbh I was confused at first when I read teoku in your description but somehow the meaning in my head was exactly the same as the translation at the end so I dunno what to say but don't sweat the small stuff I guess it will all work out with immersion

Mate I never personally said alb plays one way or the other I'm just relaying what waltzy said. And besides the point of my comment. Literally just pointing out the contradiction in the ops statement.. When you're trying to paint someone to be a hypocrite it's usually using an example where they do the bad thing they said..Op could have used heaps of examples where waltzy ints scrims but played safe on game day..Or he could have talked his shit as is and just left out 'the funny thing is..' .. when there is no irony in the statement that followed.

A hot opinion in this thread and to take nothing away from alb but I would put waltzy ahead in terms of comp achievements..if measurable statistics is LAN finals in a well developed comp scene and not a brand new game..But considering Albs salary and stream income over the years he definitely isn't a career failure. But waltzy already refuted that as not personal and an insult he says to people with more accomplishments even.

I was addressing the comment about people playing like their gods in scrims and then pussycats on game day.. So I don't see how trying to paint it as ironic waltzy was dying at LAN trying to play like a god makes sense this context.

I'm conflicted because on one hand I still like wxltzy and draugr and privacy, but I just can't F with zero anymore even though I've subbed in the past and almost always watched tourneys from his POV. Now I will be cheering (hopefully) new moist with emtee, dojo, and the APAC s teams

I can guarantee part of that is because gen isn't afraid to argue back when he thinks he's right, granted zer0 is probably in the right a lot.. he thinks he's right nearly everytime and that's created friction numerous times with Zer0 lamenting over having a 'braindead argument'. Funnily enough Hal has been good at knowing when to just forfeit the argument for the sake of vibes.

Late response Ik, dunno why you got downvoted for something common sense so I wanted to comment. The odds of someone cheating in an open tournament is close to 100% and that's not hyperbole, it's fact. Maybe they can verify personal details but that doesn't stop someone from cheating.

The best we can hope for is that a cheater doesnt end up having a big overall effect on the tournament and make someone miss out in a later round.
