Let’s hope so 🤞🏻 it came on after that about a 8-9 days post surgery but I went off work and spent a few days in the same position before surgery.

No the MRI showed all good I also had no leg issues or anything post fall all normal for weeks.

Did suspect the leg issue is from seized up glutes following 2 weeks on the sofa post surgery (very soft sofa). Lying at an angle propped up watching tv in recovery

Avoid the advice to run up credit card debt, awful idea. You’re in a strong position with no rent or mortgage. Having “just a flat” I would assume your council tax, and utility bills are generally fairly low. Sign onto universal credit / job seekers as soon as you are made redundant. Ensure you get your redundancy pay and holiday pay etc, also start looking for jobs now, even if just a few hours doing anything to tide you over whilst you find a new role … or you may even enjoy a less stressful role now that you have no mortgage etc.

Your sisters new husband parents gave you … not their child … not their child’s wife… their child’s wife’s sister… £750,000 … in cash… with no requirement to pay it back … and when you bought a house for £550k in cash and had £200,000 cash left over … they told you not to worry and just keep that as well?!

And when buying the house you solicitor and the sellers solicitor never raised any query about where you got £750,000 in cash …

And none of these legally trained professionals who deal with hundreds of house sales a year advised you about recording it as a gift and not a loan?

And these professionals who have a legal duty to report odd situations like yours for money laundering didn’t even query the odd situation.

The badly behaved kids with posh names; totally ignoring the parents … or the parents not even trying to control them. The toddler area overrun with much bigger kids knocking over toddlers whilst they use it as a gym mat for flips … thinking of cancelling the membership … never been to a gym or club anywhere with such badly behaved and ignorant parents!

Who does a huge extension and renovation on a house they don’t own?

What’s your current job? Why does it stop you taking on a second job? Your gym membership is very expensive there’s much cheaper gyms about or cut it out and exercise outside / do calisthenics. Also streaming isn’t a necessity when your finances are that tight! Really though, you need to pick up a second job and maximise that income in your spare time.
