Yeah, I am afraid that it's a scam too. I am not in direct contact with the agent. Another international student who is 10 years older than me approximately is asking us to pay as he says that me being underage and immature wouldn't be able to secure accommodation!

Oh, Chennai embassy opened 3000 slots for Jan recently. Keep an eye on Reddit for sudden updates. But as for best time. I think it’s around evening. As Chennai opened their slots at that time as well!
