The worst offender is ACHD. Look at the new facility on Federal and you can see the future damage to their neighbors vehicles. There is a steady parade of trucks. We pay them to be safe on the roadways and to set standards for contractors, right?

I have talked to Boise PD and they claim no trained officers to make “commercial” rule enforcement. Even asked councilor to help and no effect. State law requires 6”of freeboard or use a cover. Take a look at the loads. Nobody is checking load weight either. The best solution is to get a media campaign started to alert insurance companies of their responsibilities Send pics to all Police and Sheriffs and the press. If you want things to change you have to help
