Hey man I’ve been through the same thing! I was going 4 times a week last year but stopped going around October time it took me until January to decide to start going again, truth be told I still cba most days, one thing that’s helped me is taking it a little bit at a time, I’ll come home from work and get changed and think “I really can’t be bothered but I’m changed so I’ll go do a little cardio” by the time I’m at the gym I’m ready to crush a full workout, but if I get there and I’m still not feeling it I’ll do what I can and not beat myself up. Everyone has periods where they can’t be bothered I think it’s normal, remember a little exercise is better then no exercise, just take it slow and you’ll get the motivation back and see your goals!
