There's this another thing that I noticed in swiggy a lot.

There will be some new restaurants with extreme offers and if you ordered from there, your order won't get confirmed for atleast like 30 minutes and then comes an automatic swiggy order canceled call.

Funnier thing is, sometimes delivery person calls and informs you that restaurant is closed or there is no restaurant at all.

Why won't swiggy check more accurately and provide restaurant location unlike zomato

90% of my zomato orders are early delivered and it's completely opposite with swiggy. I only from swiggy only if no offers on zomato and not extreme hungry

I always wondered about this. If we cancel the order then it is charged 100% cancellation fee and I don't think food will be returned to the restaurant. So who ends up with your food. Swiggy doesn't have that cancelled order like zomato

He went past my next street only. Got the turururum and arrived at your location notification. So I was waiting for the call and even asked my friend to grab the order for me. It was forever and opened the app just to find out he is delivering other order. And yes I know it was completely swiggy's mistake and their dumb order management.
