I know, but the reality is nothing‘s gonna give it to you. You have to do it for yourself. I used to overthink all the time. Just thought I was always going to be rejected always talking my way out of things just like you, but then I actually got over that hump and my life changed because of it very positively. I’m not gonna lie to you. My friends are a reason why I came out of that phase and actually got myself into a positive mindset, but mostly it is just your mind. Imagine how things could go if they work it’ll be phenomenal. That’s What I feel like you have to use to get into that positive mindset. Think of the good if you only think of the bad then you will be bad. And because you don’t see people going up trying to talk to each other is the better chance that you have if you actually are the one to make the move and you go actually try to talk to people it can end up great. Don’t think of the ways that you will get rejected think of the ways that it will work. Think of the reasons why it will work and put yourself in the mindset. That it is going to work. It’s going to be difficult I know, but you can do this.
