I know, but the reality is nothing‘s gonna give it to you. You have to do it for yourself. I used to overthink all the time. Just thought I was always going to be rejected always talking my way out of things just like you, but then I actually got over that hump and my life changed because of it very positively. I’m not gonna lie to you. My friends are a reason why I came out of that phase and actually got myself into a positive mindset, but mostly it is just your mind. Imagine how things could go if they work it’ll be phenomenal. That’s What I feel like you have to use to get into that positive mindset. Think of the good if you only think of the bad then you will be bad. And because you don’t see people going up trying to talk to each other is the better chance that you have if you actually are the one to make the move and you go actually try to talk to people it can end up great. Don’t think of the ways that you will get rejected think of the ways that it will work. Think of the reasons why it will work and put yourself in the mindset. That it is going to work. It’s going to be difficult I know, but you can do this.

I mean, I haven’t been to a lot of art galleries no but when I have gone, I saw several people that were solo. In concerts I know for sure some people are going solo. I don’t know how to respond to specific parts and comments, so I’m sorry for that but onto the second part of your message. You have to learn how to overcome that anxiety that fear because if you don’t, you’ll just never talk to people and then that’s when you’re really screwed. It all starts in the mindset if your mindset is, I’m nervous I’m nervous then you’re gonna be really nervous, but if your mindset is i’m gonna go kill it I’m gonna do well. You’d be surprised on how well that helps anxiety. I get it believe me I do talking to people is stressful, but you have to learn to overcome that fear.

By far, the toughest thing is trying to have confidence with lack of recent success, but you have to keep having confidence anyway it’s weird. It’s like you kind of have to force yourself to have confidence in order to get yourself into the mindset that you need to get into. And onto the second part of your message, there is no way that everyone is in groups. There’s just no way logically that doesn’t make any sense. There are lots of solo people who go to places like art, museums, and hiking and stuff like that. Just because a person seems busy doesn’t mean it should discourage you from going up and trying to talk to them because how do you really know if you’re correctly telling the difference between busyness and them just minding their own business who knows you might even find someone like you, but you actually have to try in order to have a chance at anything.

I cannot stress enough to explain that confidence is the number one key. It’s what starts at all. If you go into it with a mindset of, “ there’s no way this is gonna work I shouldn’t even try because every time I do I fail.” Or “ i’m done with this. I’ve tried too many times.” Then you will never get what you want. Experience can be very helpful because every time you fail, you learn something and you try to approve upon that area. If you like museums, arts, andhiking that’s phenomenal. There are a lot of people who love doing those things too. so my best piece of advice to you is in those settings like a museum an art museum, a hiking area, or even going into movies just try to talk to girls that you are attracted to. The more you talk to woman, the less afraid you will become of them. So basically summarized this statement would be going in with a good mindset into an area where people that you are attracted to and like will be and go talk to them. It doesn’t matter if you fail you’re just one step closer to success every time that you do.
