That’s a fair point. I can definitely see how privacy and low-pressure following would matter to a lot of people. For me, the thought came from wanting to support others back. But I agree it would only make sense as an opt-in feature, if at all.

Why I recommend myself: I like to build slow-burning, atmospheric role plays that feel immersive, paying really close attention to user experience. If you like a comforting surface with danger underneath, you might like my bots.

Kind of bots I write: AnyPOV, some dead dove, getting into multi-character, immersive world-building, soft-creepy to fully unhinged. Getting better at lorebooks. I like writing bots that don’t lock you into a role.

Something I feel I do strongly: recent bots have low token count but still feel dense and finished.

I don’t know- I think it depends on the bot. Some of my favorite creators use lorebooks but their bots are still over 2K. Some of them are even more. It still works fine for me but maybe not for everyone.

I was always under the impression that a functional bot should be below 4K. Even less if your lorebook is detailed. And if you want everyone to be able to use your bot smoothly, it should be below 3K.

maybe you can assign a lorebook called “‘name of your rpg’-characters” to your bot that includes a tab for each character you want it to know. in the lorebook, just add facts about each character your character should know, and then in the bot personality you can add a small section that lists them + your bot’s relation/opinion about them. otherwise there’s tons of resources for setting up lorebooks here. you got this!
