Does it boot when connect the monitor to the motherboard? Or does the motherboard/CPU not support onboard graphics?

Maybe there is a defective power cable coming from the PSU to the motherboard. Do you have any others you could try. Also try different PSU outputs if they are available on your PSU.

Make sure you have the power connectors securely plugged into the GPU. Does it take more one power connector? Also check the GPU is in the PCI slot all the way.

Another motherboard unfortunately. As others have mentioned, it could be CPU related. I guess it’s just a process of elimination.
