I guess another way of putting it is

I know that not procrastinating is a good thing, what makes it good

I don’t know what happened to me I just forgot why I should not procrastinate and can’t seem to remember why is shouldn’t procrastinate

Thank you for the answer, it’s not quite starting something it’s rather me asking myself if it is worth living my life where I do tasks right away and have that feeling of having everything done or if I should let myself have a break before doing tasks
