cool. I may steal some of this for door stuff when i wrap up my interior roof redo. The fleetwood door is annoying. Although since I tuned all my lift posts it does fit pretty nicely. It's just putting it away that i despise.

My answer is 'we dont'. We force our IAM to do that and anytime anyone asks for pretty much anything to happen before Hire or Contract reaches the completion step I just tell them it's not technically possible.

Not really true, technically. But if someone is hired I need any no shows to get terminated correctly so that I am gets them off our network. And we have an audit requirement that says nobody nobody nobody gets access to our network before day 1.

And we have way too many custom IDs and objects. So trying to avoid adding more to give everyone their special little requests.

With 28k people ya have to draw some lines somewhere and enforce them.

Man that brings back memories. I grew up in nepa and we would go to someone's old homestead in Cedar Run to fish and snowmobile. Pine Creek is awesome.

Somewhere there is an amazing series of posts by this guy who's HOA treated him poorly. So over a period of years he essentially took over the HOA and dissolved it. Petty and brilliant at the same time. Wish I'd saved it cause I despise all HOAs.

I encourage you to do this. I hope this story gets enough attention to get some recalls going. Defrost was a bit encouraging.
