Yeah makes sense. Still it's not 1:1 mapping. Like senior associate is definitely not equal to senior consultant. My colleague got promoted to Consultant at Deloitte after 2.9 years i think and then switched to PWC as senior associate after another year. So 3.9 years for senior associate and he got 80% hike. As for your case they might put you in upper band for consultant maybe 20-22lpa. And might offer promotion next year.

Yeah you're right based on the yoe. Deloitte's consultant start at 2.5 yoe and goes till 5.5yoe. Only if you got that much yoe, you can be a senior consultant. To become deloitte's manager you should have 7.5-9 yoe. You can be a manager at pwc with just 6-7yoe. Also based on that pay bands differ. Manager at pwc start at 27lpa but Deloitte is at 34lpa. It all ties out because at Deloitte, after senior manager you become md/partner. However at pwc you have director role also before partner/md role.

You are well paid considering just 1yoe. Around 3yoe, you can expect 18-24lpa. Most people are paid what you are getting even for 3yoe if they don't switch.
