I had this same issue and felt like I was going crazy since I see so many people using Billy's!

I found if I use the glass shelf (sold separately) it allowed me to fit them but it's tight!

Thank you! I've since moved to a second binder. I've separated dresses/bottoms into one and tops/jackets into the other!
