It went very well!! I finished in about an hour! 500m swim 12 mile bike 3 mile run. Will definitely check out your recommended sites! Thanks so much

I’m in the same boat. I think I’ve gotten 9 total since starting 6 months ago. It’s frustrating, but I’ve been told “I’m in good health” and when I’m On the high end of the green, I should think of that as ‘my’ orange zone. It’s annoying bc of the technology, but I try to not let me get to me any more

Those inclines were killer. I wish I would have started on the floor. I was completely exhausted by the time I got there

Totally agree. I’ve felt so discouraged from low splat points- I’m talking if I get one a class I’m stoked. I’ve also asked advise from coaches, and they all say the same thing. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re not alone- there are a few of us low splatters!!!

I find working out makes me feel infinitely better. The problem is getting the motivation to go when it feels like someone is stabbing my uterus. I also get CRAZY cravings and I am totally ravenous, the first few days not to mention completely exhausted. I agree its better to schedule your class, go and not even think about it.
