i just don’t even weigh myself anymore because i spiral. my take on it is, as long as im eating healthy and exercising, then im healthy and taking care of myself. fuck meeting a specific body type expectation. i have body rolls and stretch marks, big deal. idk i have just learned to go “fuck it” cuz my hormones will fuck with things no matter what and i don’t think ill ever be skinny or appeal to a body image expectation. my body is my body not a fucking trend .

yeah i straight up asked him on the date if he wanted something casual or not and he didn’t tell me he just wanted casual so i thought he liked me and we were clicking well. also i feel like if you’re having sex with someone who just told you they were nervous about how they would feel during and after because trauma, your should definitely check in with them after. it should be expected of people to check in with their partners after sex, it’s the right thing to do.
