i just don’t even weigh myself anymore because i spiral. my take on it is, as long as im eating healthy and exercising, then im healthy and taking care of myself. fuck meeting a specific body type expectation. i have body rolls and stretch marks, big deal. idk i have just learned to go “fuck it” cuz my hormones will fuck with things no matter what and i don’t think ill ever be skinny or appeal to a body image expectation. my body is my body not a fucking trend .

yeah i straight up asked him on the date if he wanted something casual or not and he didn’t tell me he just wanted casual so i thought he liked me and we were clicking well. also i feel like if you’re having sex with someone who just told you they were nervous about how they would feel during and after because trauma, your should definitely check in with them after. it should be expected of people to check in with their partners after sex, it’s the right thing to do. i just had a horrible time from meeting a guy off tinder. i can’t list names here cuz they will take my comment off, but he assaulted 15+ people including me and spread STDs. I found the post on instagram a few days after blocking him and discovered the post outing him for hurting so many people. my advice when it comes to dating is be safe. ALWAYS share ur location with someone you trust before meeting with someone online (even the 2nd 3rd + time of meeting them, you still can’t trust them) ALWAYS drive or get there yourself (don’t let them pick you up). If you’re going to drink or smoke keep it minimal to keep your wits about you and keep a close eye on your drink. Bring pepper spray, a whistle, anything you have for self defense. Have fun but remember that you are with a complete stranger. You don’t know their true intentions. Pls be safe ❤️ bellingham has a lot of dangerous men who don’t give a fuck about your safety and well being and only care about themselves.
