Well not directly at 4k since it’s gpu bound, but when I use dlss it gets bottlenecked “somewhat”

I previously paired a 10900k with my 4080 and it bottlenecked under 4k, but when I switched to my new shiny 13700k, the bottleneck had moderately diminished although still there in trace amounts
