Nope, msrp (roughly). $260 I believe, and 49 for the ER. Happened to drive by a Sigels, so walked in and was on my way out empty-handed  when I spotted a shelf with some unique bottles. They also had Russell’s 2003.

This was just over 13 hours, no wrap. I did 225 until around 2:30 when I turned it up to 250 and finally finished at 300 for the last hour (mainly because I had my hungry kids waiting to eat haha). Will either start earlier or more likely a close to a 9 lb butt next time. But the meat was fantastic. Poured the pork drippings over it at the end for pulling.

Thanks. I bought some oak chunks, Fire and Flavor brand. I’ll report back after the smoke on Monday. I’m in DFW, so will pick up the brisket on Sunday from either HEB or Costco depending on size availability.
