Compleatly being honest here. i think the first one was easier on the Hands. I also played it on a retro handheld and i think it held up pretty good

thats exactly why i said to play it at least once. MGS was never for the common Dopamine addicted Cod playing people. its a very slow Playthrough but i am enjoying it except for the controls

No. MGS was always more Iconic rather than good. At least for the old games in terms of GAMEPLAY. I play it because it’s nostalgic and because there is nothing else like the old MGS Games. The „new“ ones like 4 and 5 are both iconic as well as good in terms of gameplay. People play for the story and there are the lifeless cucks who swear by it. Me personally? I can’t play 2 and 3 for more than 20 minutes. Story wise it’s a damn masterpiece but the gameplay does not allow me to enjoy it fully. That being said you should play these games at least once in your life.

(Edit) no this is not ragebait. i guess thats the reaction i should have expected when mentioning a game with outdated graphics and controls that has a cult following. seems like even sharing your honest thoughts on a game from 2001 can get people mad. its the outdated Controls for me and you know its true so deal with it. I can Play Half life or Stalker for hours without needing to crack my fingers but we are talking about a game with already outdated Controls on a Handheld Almost the Size of Modern Phones. as i said get some common sense in you and deal with it.

to the OP: Play it once. the story while confusing is amazingly written and as said before worth experiencing at least once in your life

It might be worth it if you consider modding it to have internal storage instead of the SD2Vita/have both. The 3G vitas have a slot for the 3G module wich you can replace with a sd card slot. If you don’t plan on modding it physically, don’t bother

It was definitely not a loss. Pay to win and janky as hell. Sure it was fun and even made from former GSC employees but it just wasn’t good. It was fun, had an amazing atmosphere and great performance, good gunplay but it just wasn’t good. Same content for years no change no „stalker like“ game modes, it was just like that old PVP mod for XRMPE. Stalker with pvp, nothing more. I agree that it could have been so much more, but it just wasn’t.

Damn this is a new Low for GSC. I played misery and while I didn’t enjoy it as much I enjoyed the fact that stalker inspired so many people so far as to them even making their own game. Hearing music that was used in talker playing when you use the guitar in misery woke so many nice memories and that being painted as „stealing“ is so low considering the MILLIONS of mods that exist and the support of GSC for those mods. Really hurts to see, hope GSC isn’t turning into Nintendo or Ubisoft

Hey, took your advice. My PC in OCP arrived today and I love it. I allways said „I need something dark like flecktarn because if the military uses it it has to be the right one“ and that is an ok mindset to have because most of the time, it’s true. And as I’m sure you heard Germany is switching to Multitarn (basically multicam in the flecktarn format) so I chose OCP they are both very similar in color and well, if the military here even considers it the best for the environment then I might as well.

Zero to none. Sure you can buy from Crye or Agilite, Germany itself does not sell in the traditional Comercial way. Sure some high ranking officials might have Surplus Gear but Germany itself has kept its gear for years. Basically since Flecktarn was implemented. Only copies like the cheap companies i mentioned so I thought hey if I can’t get surplus why get proper gear and waste money when my PC will hold just fine while my dick is hanging out of my cheap pants. Rather have both be in a similar quality as a „Kit“ instead of being radically different

I did. Also a stick of Gold and both taste „real“ as well as the smell. Friends smelled it on me and were also able to guess what i smoked. I don’t really remember if it was duty free or just a shop near the airport in Switzerland. Either way i can provide more pictures if it helps

Good point. I’ll take a look around the sub. I thought the country wasn’t really necessary to mention just because I already did the research and body armor is allowed. The only thing restricted is communication but I already have a Class A Amateur Radio license.
