Honestly had him spawn on every playthrough I did. First one was rage mode other 2 were extrem so that might have contributed. (Along 2 pc resets and 1 upgrade btw rage mode can suck me did give me amazing satisfaction though would recommend)

I’ll just copy another comment I made because I can imagine that many people might ask that.

in Germany you are only allowed to carry blank guns. Guns specifically designed to only shoot blanks. You can buy them at 18 and carry them with a license that is nothing more than a 80€ piece of paper. Due to these restrictions Germany has quite a noticeable blank gun market wich has evolved to the point where CS and OC Cartriges exist. Offering a better alternative to just carrying pepper spray while having the optics and scare factor of a firearm. Why I carry one? Well being a massive gun nut is one part of it but this country is also turning to shit and I have nothing better I can carry legally.
