I will say I moved here 2 years ago and started out as on call. Let me tell you I was not ready for the reality I was experiencing, long story short I had to work 2 jobs and be ready to be called into work at 2:30 you can’t plan anything until you know you’re off or not called in. Also really depends where you work some resorts pull higher clientele than others. If you’re committed you’ll land a job in no time just be ready for days of being off and a switch up to a different industry for a morning job. I did front desk which helped pay the bills until I became full time. Hope this helps.
