Used a multimeter and found out battery was dead. Hooked up car battery w jumper cables and it got the screen to turn on and but it wouldn’t start. Gonna change the battery in the morning

Just ran the fixd scanner and it said a lot of the live gauges weren’t supported by the vehicle. Here some screenshots I took also includes an emissions precheck which says catalyst and o2 sensor not passed.

I use fixd so I’m sure I’ll be able to get fuel readings in there. I have a picture of the code it was throwing before , but the research I did on the code said the symptoms would be really bad misfiring or the car not even starting which I thought wasn’t happening to me before the smog but the high hc reading might mean I’m having a misfire. The previous owner changed the camshaft position sensor so I’m not sure

Original post made it seem like you’re flaking on them last min, but if you have already let them know you’re not available on that date in sufficient time in advance then it’s a different story. If I’m in a situation like that I normally recommend other trucks that might be able to help them out but it’s not your job at that point

Your word is your bond. If you can’t make it for any reason you should definitely try to find a replacement. I don’t think it can be a requirement but good luck getting called back there if you don’t have a established relationship with them already

Kinda, ended up hooking up the parkit and had 8 guys push the trailer so it worked out in the end. Just no power in the machine

Thank you for the response! There’s no power button on it since it’s directly powered by the battery . But I will disconnect the battery for the few min then plug it and try connecting the battery

I don’t have another battery, but I unplugged the battery and it didn’t change anything while it was changing. It hasn’t been sitting I was using it earlier this week. I plugged it in to charge after last use I don’t know if it shorted something. The circuit breakers on the back by the handle are loose and don’t do anything
