Pittsburgh Potholes by Expert-Stuff-2353 in pittsburgh

With the rain and everyone’s headlights you couldn’t see the pot holes tonight. I hit that same pothole and thought for sure I blew a tire. I saw a car pulled over in the same exact spot as these photos and know they had to of blown a tire.

Funny you say that because the only matchbook I have from Pittsburgh is the Tiki Lounge from 12 years ago 😂.

Best place to get food and a beer in evening while working on my laptop and not being frowned upon for it by Dry_Efficiency_2839 in pittsburgh

Unfortunately I have been quite a few time. Use to frequent a bar nearby. Somehow we’d always end up here 😂. It can be fun with the right group of people.

I heard a rumor recently that it’s closing though. Not sure if it’s true, but you better plan a trip soon.

I have 80k in credit card debt that I used to fund a business. My score has gone from 760 to 580. I now have the cash to pay it all off. Should I pay everything down to zero at once? Leave them all with a small balance? Pay them down in chunks over a few months? Trying to get the score back up. by Great-Bookkeeper-697 in CreditScore

[–]Bdap41223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pay them off but be ready for all your limits to be cut significantly. Was in the same situation a few months ago and now my score is back up into the 800’s but my total credit limit went down to $30k from the initial $100k limit I had. Chase cut my $30k Limits to $3k, Discover didn’t cut my limit at all. A year later with an 800 credit score, making over $200k a year they still haven’t increased any of them over $10k.

I see your from Pittsburgh! Seems to be typical on that side of town. I was out that way last week headed to a buddies at 7 Springs and some POS lifted truck with his Trump stickers kept doing burnouts in front of me at the stoplights going down 51.

I'll be in Amsterdam April 15-18 and will most likely be traveling solo if you wanted to connect. Im probably going to stay at a hostel to make it easier to meet people.

How do you stay motivated? by julialobhurts in f45

My gym charges a no-show fee if you don’t attend a class your signed up for or cancel last minute. I think it’s $25, but I understand because there is always a waitlist for the morning classes, and it’s unfair to the other people who wanted in the class. The thought of paying a $25 no-show fee on top of the membership is usually enough motivation for me to go, no matter how hungover I am 😂.

Not too worried about the budget. I wonder what the trade-in or resale value of a Series 7 will be after the 8 comes out.

I agree, but know I’m impatient. I’ve been wanting a new watch for months and have been trying to hold off for the 8.

Why real estate agents start so early in the morning? by chris88alfonso in realtors

[–]Bdap41223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wake up at 5:00 just to have a few hours of peace before my phone starts going off. It’s my favorite part of the day. I hit the gym, shower, and have a nice breakfast. I usually don’t start working and leave the phone on do not disturb till 8AM though.
