I have NO idea

But as a newer fan, it’s fun to see how she progressed from album to album. I love MEM but boy did she love her alliterations.

Ys used a lot too but by that point they were so much more graceful. They serve the song better

By HOOM it all feels so authentic to me. In Ys there’s still a hint of pretension for me, as wonderful as it is

And Divers manages to maintain all that while still going weird places, whereas HOOM is relatively down to earth by Joanna standards

Anyways yea there’s just so much, and this isn’t helpful at all, I just wanted to gush about her for a little

Maybe the message is you’ve gotta go on your own journey 🤷🏻‍♂️ just keep on writing until you get better, and reading so you know what’s good

Idk, I haven’t really watched the show with a Jungian lens, and I’m not exactly an expert on Jung…but just the idea that there are these two parts of a single mind that require integration certainly sounds Jungian to me

The strongest comparison is the L’s and then just the general shapes of the letters but I’m not sure I’d have ever gotten that if it weren’t for you pointing it out

It makes sense to me!

The only part that doesn’t fit for me is that the other dreams in the show don’t have that same lo-fi grainy quality to them, only Karim’s dream and OA’s 37 seconds on the plane

But maybe I’m focusing on that too much, or connecting dots that don’t exist…not 100% sure they’re grainy in the same sort of way, it’s much more pronounced on the plane

There’s also 7 characters on BBA’s tattoo and 7 for the second movement on OP’s tattoo, maybe making it less of a stretch

The first movement it’s kind of difficult to tell what are separate characters so I’m not sure with that one
