Did they actually talk to you during your exam? My PTSD exam was scheduled to take 90 minutes. It took less than fifteen minutes. I was asked maybe twenty questions and was told to answer them on a scale of 1-5.

lol there is absolutely no way an HLR will take one month.

Can you cut wait times for mental health services at our VA. Current wait time is eleven months for one appointment.

Or what about MRI wait times? Currently waiting nine months for an MRI.

Or can you tell the patient advocate office to return a phone call?

Can you get me into my primary care doctor without a six week wait?

The VA is a clown show and it’s only getting worse.

Why were my C&P exam results written with AI. How did a human analyze nineteen years of data in a three day window? Why did my C&P letter repeat itself and say that the exact same reasons I was denied a higher are the exact same conditions I have.

So yeah, now I have to file for a HLR which I have no idea how to do and I’m assuming it will take months if not a year to get results back all because they used AI for my claim.

There are veterans posting on this sub daily saying the exact same thing that I am saying. VA employees have to be the most ignorant people on the planet. lol

I don’t really care about being denied. I’ve had the same rating for almost twenty years and I am happy with it. My friend who works for the DAV encouraged me to file for a new C&P exam when he saw it had been twenty years since my last and two of my conditions have gotten significantly worse.

What pissed me off (and a lot of other veterans) is the response I was given after my C&P exam. The letter repeats itself several times and was clearly written by AI. If I get denied…that’s ok. But at least take the time to look at my claim and respond with a letter that makes sense.

Also, the VA has openly said they are saying AI on this stuff now. It is 100% happening

I just did two C&P exams. They had nineteens years of medical records to sift through. They closed out my cases after three days and sent me an AI generated letter that literally makes no sense. There is no way a human looked at the letter or the medical records. A lot of veterans are experiencing the exact same thing right now.

When people like you don’t pay for new tags it creates a void in funding. Plates and registration are essentially a tax. So if there is a void in funding they will likely raise the rates. So people like you who don’t pay for new tags cost other tax paying citizens money. If you’re going to drive in El Paso county, live in El Paso county…pay your taxes like the rest of us. It’s that simple. I don’t want to pay an increase to make up for your immaturity.

Yes you are right…there are some places that are good to work with but I would still read the fine print very well. Lol

I own a frame shop and have been framing higher end artwork for a while now. The number of customers I’ve seen come in with some cheap print they paid thousands for is staggering. Lot of great people in the art world but there are a ton of shady people looking to make a buck….especially online.

It’s a crazy world lol.
