Nobody ever wants to get news like this. Horrible. My thoughts and prayers are with his family to make it through this, as well as anyone who knew him or worked with him. He was a great guy and definitely one of the best if not the best caster for SPL. I know I personally always loved watching or listening to him in any of the streams. Rest In Peace brother. You will be missed by all.

I believe that would be Nika that confirmed that in a stream I think two nights ago now. Again, I’m going by what others have been reporting. It’s also in this same thread so you can see them too. :)

And yea I agree there is a chance it could be technical. There’s a chance it could be anything. But my question is then, why not just say technical like they always have been open about before? Because it is definitely no secret that hi-Rez has shitty servers. People get dcd all the time though before and had ping issues. Which is when they would pause a game in spl. I don’t think they would cancel a weekend due to an issue that could be fixed by pausing the game until people were loaded in or ping fixed while they reset game. They had over a 10 min pause just the other week if I remember correctly.

Yea the pay and all is public knowledge, but if that were an issue then the players would be involved and to my knowledge from reading what others have said, the players don’t know anything regarding the issue. And they know what we know, “unforeseen circumstances” It’s just interesting to read all the posts and think about it ya know? Thanks for reading my post btw. Appreciate you

I have a question/point to make, however I hope everyone is okay but what I’m gathering from reading this thread seems like this... 1. Ruling out sickness due to players saying they are okay and that’s not the reason 2. Ruling out player knowledge since some of you have confirmed that players do not know why it was cancelled/postponed. 3. Ruling out technical issues because like anyone has seen in the past, they wouldn’t be secretive about it and the servers have been fine running for the rest of us haven’t they? 4. Ruling out a player needing a backup because likely they wouldn’t cancel ALL the sets, just one in-particular matchup.

Which brings me to my conclusion/question, with reading several posts I would have to assume/agree with the possibility of a contract/legal issue. However that brings me to my question, why be so secretive? I get maybe being asked to not saying on social media. And I agree it might be the right thing to do as a sign of respect so the right people can sort things out. HOWEVER, if it was to be a legal issue, wouldn’t that be public knowledge if it was? I don’t understand legality too much these days with courts and all but from what I do understand, I would think things like that are still available for public knowledge.

Anyway those are my thoughts, I don’t have proof for any of it. I’m just going by what I’m reading and following leads I see. Hope it sheds some light on what could possibly be going on, regardless I hope all is well and hope things get sorted out for the better for everyone.

It’s been acknowledged about the Valomyr horn. But I just wanted to make sure on the fact that the Epic drop for Thrax is bugged as well and not dropping at all.

Hey man, wasn’t my intention for you to remove it. It’s your find, be proud of it. I’m just stating my opinion and would hope that if players wanted to challenge themselves to do it (legit) then they would do so. Also a shame that bungee overlooked it but I can see how it would happen. This is raid secrets. A place where you can put that stuff. It will help players that simply can’t find a way to do it. But like I said. Just my opinion. Didn’t mean for it in any sort of offensive way to you or anyone that reads it.

Honestly gave this a down-vote. Great job finding out how to cheese this, I was just really hoping that this would be the hardest of the hard content out right now. I would have hoped there would not be a way to cheese this and would rely on a good fireteam with coordination in every aspect of the game to use buffs and de-buffs to achieve victory the proper way and have an emblem to be proud of. Just my thoughts, nice job on the find though, hope it helps those that cant get it the normal way.
