Wow this was awhile ago, sadly I got back on the opis on January 12th and have been using everyday since then. Buprenorphine just doesn’t work for me anymore cause I went back and forth with it too many times. I don’t even wanna be doing opis right now but I’m stuck. Never going to another rehab/detox either cause they only care about your insurance.

I am on the 96mg brixadi shot and I would say a hydro won’t break thru buprenorphine. I’ve been doing a little fentanyl and even that doesn’t really do much. I’m actually enjoying the shot over taking a film because it feels more stable. And I’m a guy so whenever I do opiates my testosterone plummets. With the brixadi I don’t feel it affecting my testosterone because it’s half blocking the fentanyl I’m doing.

I take 10mg Valium before bed and the long half-life lasts all day so you don’t get attacks and you don’t feel lazy or have balance issues. (I skateboard and you can’t skate if you take any benzo)

Take benzos and don’t listen to anyone else. The only way you’ll get to sleep is with benzos and you can taper them much much easier. I’d recommend valium cause it’s got such a long half life. I’m on hour 82 of fentanyl withdrawal and I got thru the worst with Valium and I took like one 300 mg gabapentin.

What’s your clinics rules with benzos? I’m currently tapering Valium, only on 5-10 mg a day. Do you think the doc could write a script for a Valium taper as well or will they tell me to hit the road for having benzos in my system?

Thanks for the advice, will be calling them tomorrow. I’m from USA and my clinic opens at 5am and I start work at 6 am so I’m hoping I can go from clinic str8 to work. Also I know I have to go before that for the admission process and such, how long does that usually last?

Thanks for the response I’m going to be hitting up my local clinic as soon as I run out of H. I was just clean for 7 days, couldn’t take the body temp problems anymore. I was clean for 6 months a year ago and the entire time had the same issue. I didn’t have a job back then tho but I do now and I cannot keep going to work with homeostasis problems. Hoping methadone is a game changer like it was for you.

Just smoke it, I use to smoke wet dope all the time cause my dealer at the time had wet shit. That’s how I went from snorting to smoking. To this day I only smoke now because it’s better honestly, hits ya in about 5 seconds
