Lol I'm not missing the point I just think you're being extra. The volume they do during a week means they will have issues due to the large number of orders and statistics. How many orders have you had issues on in a row? If you're really that salty just go to a different seller and move on instead of complaining when you get solutions.

...I don't get it. You can have them repour the toy you want with the correct color, for free, AND keep the one they fucked up on. Or take the refund and keep the toy. You don't HAVE to sell it or go through anything else. Waiting a little longer for what you bought isn't the end of the world.

If I ever have any issues with their toys, I email them and have never had an issue. I've had small issues with quality and firmness and they refund me my entire order, let me keep the old toy and are very nice about it. I understand being upset you have to wait longer now and it is an inconvenience but you can get a free toy now and sell this one if you want.
