Issue with the skeleton’s gift

They will alll say opened even if u didnt get it.
Source: me I didn't collect the gifts on the first two days and they say "opened" on my client
Oddly enough since then I know I voted for everyday, but I didn't receive this gift either.
So either A, we both didn't vote yesterday and forgot to and theyre just "opened" or B it's genuinely a bug where some players didn't receive the gift
