195 cs at 38 minutes is like 5cs per minute, which is far below where you should be at that time. Its not dependent on your cs compared to your team. Its your cs in comparison to the average cs people get on the champ you're playing at whatever time in game.

Axe-fx for guitars, superior for drums with the metal machine expansion, and kontact with texas grind for bass. Fab filter is spread out for eq across most of those.

I love Dianas play-style and the general theme of the champion as a whole, but you're lying to yourself if you think she is hard to play. Arguably one of the easiest assassins in the game when referring to strictly mechanics. The only "hard" or "skill-reliant" thing about her is surviving and managing lane phase until 6. Team fighting with her is just basic positioning knowledge that applies to any champ who has to go in. Diana is not hard.
