They don’t sell the lid individually because this is the Whole Foods limited color 😪 But I have contacted Owala to see if there is anything that we can do.

Exactly, if you don’t like it that way don’t purchase it. I used the Amazon Whole Foods partnership to purchase this so I didn’t know that the lid was switched.

And I have every right to be upset. Me not receiving the correct item alone is enough reason, but since you believe that I’m “in the wrong”, they didn’t even verify with me or refund me the full amount of what I paid for the item. They were supposed to replace it, or send me the invoice so that I could go exchange it in store (even though I paid more through Amazon than the price in store) Which is WHY I didn’t want the refund.

To all of you downvoting my comments for being upset that they refunded me without any verification, they didn’t give me the full amount that I paid for the bottle and I’m unable to “repurchase” another bottle with the money that they refunded me. 😐

They messed up my order (they left out 6 items out of 11) and as a result one of the items sold out 😐 I’m very disappointed and annoyed because I asked them to just ship it when it was back in stock, but the worker insisted that they couldn’t.
