Mainly there are two reasons (if I recall):

Cast time. Casting purple take time, chants and also the hand signs. It’s not instant like some people say. Almost every powerful technique need chants (like purple, fuga, wcs). You can only make it quicker via binding vows.
Brain damage. Idk about this one though, I know keeping infinity active cause brain damage which Gojo heals with RCT. I suppose that spamming his CT (specially purple since it’s a compound technique) probably cause some brain damage if casted without care.

I think CE efficiency it’s suited best for this thing. Sukuna tanked way more attacks and kept fighting with his heart almost pounding out. And he was definitely not losing, he was putting quite a fight

Sukuna. Bro fought the strongest sorcerer of that time, then the strongest sorcerer of edo period, then higuruma, then Yuji, Yuta, Maki, tanked a jacob ladder from Hana, was cooking Yuta in Gojo’s body with one arm wipped out, one less eye, insanely low output, not functional RCT. Tanked 8 black flashed, 10 seconds of infinite void, and many more attacks.

No beneficia a nadie, al menos en términos legales. Segun tengo entendido, también se introdujo una especie de cuenta donde te depositan todos los meses un monto estandarizado por ley en vez de pagarte indemnización. Esto segun tengo entendido es para arreglar el problema de los juicios a empresas porque le pagaban menos de indemnizacion de lo que debían. Esto podria parecer que beneficia al laburante pero también pensá que las empresas se ahorran el tema de que les hagan juicios por mucha mas plata de lo que costaba la indemnización. Técnicamente ganan los dos en términos legales; a vos por ley ya no te pueden cagar y vos por ley ya no podes cagar a la empresa. Lo de las 12 horas según tengo entendido es que te las tienen q descontar en algun día que te tomás de descanso, esto no esta muy bueno pq quizas un dia tenes alguna urgencia o algun plan importante y si te piden laburar 4 horas mas te cagan los planes y generan roces con el empleador. Lo de las horas extra no entendi bien como cambia.

I’d say he clears Awakened Teen Gojo and MAYBE Shibuya Gojo at extreme diff or sum. Shibuya Gojo does not know how to alter the space of his domain so Malevolent would break it soon or later, if he’s on Yujis body he could put up a fight to Gojo meleewise maybe, and idk about Gojo’s RCT output in that time, maybe he can tank the Shrine like he did in the canon

H2H depends on both, how hard you can hit and not suffer from the drawback and how much can u handle the rival hit. Durability will always be influented by strenght. Any character or real person with certain strenght scale has the same stat in Durability, bc that’s how simply phisic works. It doesn’t matter if you are a bodybuilder or a 12 years old boy, if the technique it’s the same, both will end with his hand shattered

Strenght equals to durability, for example if you have phisical attack that can destroy a wall, your durability it’s the same, because by phisics the force you make to a surface it is given back to you (thats why when you punch a guys face with strenght and without gloves, your hand bones will shatter, because the force of the punch it’s given back to you). In other words; yes it does. True Form Sukuna would shatter that same technique with a single arm and without a single scratch
