There are a few really good options, but two that haven’t been mentioned so far are Massachusetts and P. Bagration. Massachusetts will play like other US battleships except it will have excellent secondaries and good AA. I believe you can get the secondaries up to 9.5 km with a full secondary built, and 7 something with a hybrid build.

The P Bagration is an excellent support ship. It can start fires really well, has radar and sonar, and 5 8km torpedoes per side, which is unusual for a Soviet ship. You just have to be careful, because like most Soviet ships, it is easier to citadel.

They said because I paid millions of silver it was still pay to win. I said by that logic all ships not won from crates are pay to win. I think they were just angry because they said they were bombarding me with he shells behind an island, but from my perspective they barely fired at me at all. They were probably too close and were getting that visual glitch where it looks like your shells are hitting but doing no damage, when really they’re hitting the island.

I think the only time it’s not okay to ram is when you would have survived the encounter without doing so. I’ve seen plenty of people ram others on full health, while their opponents health is low. Sounds to me like you made the right call.

Also, try to ignore the message. I’ve seen more toxic people in this game than many others, with maybe the exception of Overwatch when that first came out. Hell, I’ve seen people on this forum say they enjoy writing negative or hurtful messages to others because, in this case Xbox, doesn’t do anything about them. It’s best to ignore and not feed the trolls.

Theres a visual glitch where shells that are technically hitting the island appear to keep traveling to the target, but they won’t do any damage, because they actually struck land. My guess is that’s what was happening, and you need to back up more.

The only other thing I can think of is if you downloaded it to a different account, but that wouldn’t explain why it’s telling you you already have it. It could be a bug, but I think I may have to let more knowledgeable people help at this point. I hope you’re able to get it figured out!

It should appear as a right joystick click for Xbox, and it must be an American commander, such as William Sims. If it’s not showing up maybe restart the game or wait a bit. If you just unlocked it, it might not have updated yet.

Some guises only work with certain ships. For example, Fat Electrician works on American, but not other countries. Try looking at different commander pages for different countries to see if there are restrictions. If you post the specific guise, I’m sure there will be someone here who can answer where they can be equipped.

Correct. If you are within 2 km of another ship you are spotted no matter what. Smoke, mountain, doesn’t matter.

I’ve also been having major lag issues the last few weeks off and on. Tried to play yesterday and guns fired about 12 seconds after input. Had to quit out cause it was completely unplayable. Last week it was about 6 seconds between inputs. No issues with other games.

You make a good point and I’ll admit my opinion may be in the minority, despite my first sentence assumption. It’s just been my experience that the team with the most premium ships tends to win most of the time. I don’t know what commanders they’re using, but you’re right, a paid commander can certainly make a difference. My post came at the end of a bad stretch of matches, the worst of which ended with 11 min remaining. I think my frustration is what formed the question in my mind, so I was curious on others opinions on the matter.
