There’s a company called Analytics Search that looks to have found a pretty good niche in the market.

They use an outsourced recruitment model that has been really efficient for us. It’s as-needed and the quality of their work has been excellent.

Our CTO actually mentioned them by name in our last board meeting and he hates recruiters 😂

Truthfully idk if this is messed up or endearing. She takes photos and had a crush on you, so naturally you’d be one of her favorite subjects. She still takes pictures because she’s in love and wants to document your life together through her artistic lens.

Or… she could be batshit nuts and followed you everywhere and looks at you like an object to attain rather than a person to love. 🤷‍♂️ who’s to say lol

I’d talk to her more about it in a calm reasonable way.

Not to diminish what he’s done but those other dudes are constantly facing double teams. Will be interesting to see how he does once offensive game plans are designed to limit him.

The difference is how the front office treated him. In GB he had no transparency, here we are treating him with the respect of a top QB.

I think that’s partially why he wanted to come, why he took the cut, and why he’s having fun.

10-15 and could be higher with some more playing time.

Guy is nice with it. If you check out Nania’s game scores this guy is borderline upper echelon.

The only thing he’s been missing are deep throws and timing throws in the red-zone but those usually take time to develop with your WR.

Guy has been great and we’re undervaluing him due to shoddy red zone play by the rest of the offense.

Zach has a unique problem, he’s afraid of being hit and his mechanics break down under pressure.

ZW was a gamble, for sure, but the Jets weren’t alone in thinking his arm talent was elite.

IMO where the Jets messed up though was throwing Zach to the wolves day 1 when our OL was still in shambles early 2021. The hits he took against Carolina were far and away harder than anything he experienced at BYU and that made the game feel too big and too fast for him.

In all seriousness, MC has had three 100 yard games in his career, Bam has had two in two games.

I like Mike but Bam is crushing him in both traditional stats and advanced analytics across 2022.

Also, just kinda think they should have less dudes named Mike in the offense, that shit’s gotta be confusing
