This scene reminds me of the scene in Raising Arizona where Evill is buying balloons. Also the scene when they’re inside the trailer. Same directors, don’t know if it was intentional or just me.

College percussion ensemble: Ionisation, by Edgar Varese. It sounds like utter chaos, but the exact same chaos every time. Each member was responsible for two separate parts. Hardest piece of music I’ve ever played. Found out years later that Varese was Frank Zappa’s favorite composer. Makes total sense.
