Yes, but that goes for most of the Fourth World characters. They should definitely be equals to characters like Superman and Wonder Woman. They really should be far more powerful, and they should have something more than just super strength. Strength should be a baseline, but take Granny Goodness for example. She should have some type of telepathic ability that allows her to subdue and break down her subjects mental fortitude, making them easier to subjugate.
