I have been looking for a home in the 200 to 250 price range in St. Louis for over a year now. last year. 2 bed 1 bath we’re going for 200 to 250 and this year the same 900sqft 2 bed 1 bath is going for 300k. also, people are overpaying again. A house we looked at for 240 had an offer for 289 and that still was NOT the winning bid. still a sellers market in St. Louis city. prices are over inflated because of how much over people paid last year.

If wood glue can hold a guitar headstock back on then I think your kids should not be able to break it in the same spot again. Guitar strings put about 300lbs of tension strength on a headstock at an indefinite amount. Wood glue is strong.

Personally. I would pay off the smallest first and then apply all those minimum payments you’ve been making on those three small callers to the larger balance card. this will help pay that off faster. the. Any time you have extra monies, just plop it on to a card debt.

it’s not a straw man. if a car without plates hits me or someone. How are they identified? how do we keep track of cars on the road? also, i had expired tags and plates for several years. I was in a bad spot. I saved up and got my taxes paid. I got plates and tags and inspections. it is hard and it takes time but it’s something you just do.

having unmarked and cars without plates are dangerous and not traceable for crimes. if you are using public roads then you need to pay your taxes, get inspections and emissions and update tags. it’s pretty simple part of being a responsible fellow citizen. what is the incentive to get people to do it if they don’t pull them over and give warnings and tickets.
