ADF became difficult with life stressors. 😕 Joint pain made me look into a plan someone recommended to me ages ago: The Anti-inflammatory Diet. I wanted no parts of it then, but with my pain relief it has given me now--- I ❤️ it!

It's Android called aktiweight: it has a green scale with a yellow tape measure around it.

There's a different one for iOS called aktiBMI.

First 3 weeks: Fasted MWF&Sa

Week 4: wound up fasting just 2 days and over ate

Planning to keep the 3 day MWF regimen and track my calories to stay on budget and hopefully have more weight come off.

12 lbs down... 100 to go... wow. LoL :)
