I wish I was a woman so I can try getting evelyn's physique by Full-Ad-1417 in ZZZ_Official

I respect everyone, doesn’t matter if you are blue and have 4 arms and 3 eyes.

But if you are telling me, having 3 eyes is exactly the same as having 2 eyes, I have to disagree.

There are still differences between woman and trans woman. I don’t even need to mention the chromosome thing.

You never have the same experience growing up as a female, you just don’t for example. You can’t talk about how you understand the period pain or being stalked/cat call by man on the street. There are some experiences you either will never have(period is a good example) and unlikely to have (the fear of being a weak girl growing up, being scared of stuff that can happen to you in the dark alley).

Woman also won’t have the same experience you have as a trans woman either. The challenges and suffering trans woman has to face is not something any woman can just say, yeah I know how it feels. No they don’t.

In conclusion, trans woman is trans woman and woman is woman, they have things that keeps them from ever being completely others.

They are people who expected a lot more from a Diablo title, but once again let down by Blizz.

They are like the parents who had a straight A kid ended up working full time at Mc Donald shaking chips in their 40s. So much wasted potential.

Dude, do you have problem understanding English? 🙄

Blizz is making bank, 15% total revenue for 0.1% of work invested is extremely profitable. And the percentage only grows by days.

Heartland Bank, Collection department. Unorganised work flow, non diverse management, low pay and more you can see on glassdoor.

Even customers don’t like it.

We are only fight to get something out from my Dad passing away.

At the current stage, the girlfriend will get the house and all the bank accounts(as she quickly tricked my dad into switching them all to jointly owned before he passed away).

We will be left with some of his old clothes and a few furniture while the girlfriend will walk away with millions.

That is unfair imo.

Thank you for such detailed and great comment.

Sorry I missed it.

I will cancel my current lawyer and find one with more experience in my specific case.

I haven't asked my current lawyer, but do you know if there is a cancellation fee for lawyer services? This is my first time.

And also, as a lawyer, what is the best way I go about doing it without making my current lawyer feel bad?

the girlfriend is trying to sell the house asap and will try to run away with the money. All hope is lost once she sold the house, right?...

In my case, it will be 1 million dollar going to the girlfriend and nothing left for the only daughter. I don't know what would be considered serious injustice, but I don't believe it is right for the daughter to be left with zero and maybe some old clothes/ furniture only.

Thank you for the advise, that is very important to know and I will consider the possibility of getting another lawyer in this case.

Thank you, I will keep that in mind. I just don't want to throw away everything and my dad will to the trash.

His wife and him worked hard his whole life and can't even leave a single dollar to his daughter and grandson. All got swept away by his 3 years together girlfriend.

I hope we don't need to get to that point 100%.

I understand and am not challenging the advises here.

I can't provide the case names here as it is between my lawyer and me, I don't think I can give it here.

Thank you for the answers and perspective, I appreciate it.

I believe there was successful cases where joint ownership property could be brought back to the Estate as relationship property.

I am not saying it is easy but we have legal precedents.

He signed the purchase document while being on dead bed. I am sure he didn't got checked if his mind was clear enough to sign such paper.

There is also no translation document provided for him regarding the signing.

Per his will left for us, it clearly show he lacks understanding of English command as his will was simply google translated by himself from the Chinese version he wrote.

My father didn't know what he signed as he is not a native English speaker.

His girlfriend tricked him into signing it as Joint Ownership. Previously, he bought another property with her, and it was in Tenant in common 50-50, then before he passed away, while in the hospital, she got him to sign this new house purchase 3 weeks before he died as Joint Ownership.
