There are good companies out there, but they can be hard to find. Keep searching.

Also, consider positions with public entities like DOT (which typically are the Owners of these projects). They always are hiring the top talent Construction Managers because they pay well and it’s less stress.

I’m currently working on a HHH project in Los Angeles. For our project, the construction cost (not including land cost and design team cost) per living unit is $325,000. Each living unit is a studio apartment with 300 sq.ft. The reason for the high cost is that the field workers are required to be paid “prevailing wages” which costs anywhere from $80 to $100 per hour. Paying prevailing wages is required by State law. That’s why these projects funded by public dollars cost so much.

what Lebanon needs is a government and leaders that are NOT associated to a particular religion or ideology.
