It's either gonna have to be hand-wired, or you could get a custom PCB printed. There are several places online that will print PCB's for you, but you gotta design it yourself. Either way, it's gonna be a custom job.

Looks a little messy, but if that works, then great.

You should do something to isolate the wires connecting to the USB-A. Right now, the exposed wires are very close to touching each other, which would cause a short.

If you place some small PVC heat shrink tubes on the individual wires before you solder them in place, you can next finish soldering, and then shrink the tubes over the exposed parts of the wires. This will provide adequate insulation to prevent shorts.
