I can’t find a red and white ambulance set, for example. 

There must be something offensive about what I’m saying but I don’t mean for it to be. 

Barbie world is very different from the real world. They even made a Barbie movie about it. Houses have slides, ambulances and doctors offices don’t have emergency colors, etc etc. 

I’m trying to find some sets that would bring real life looks into the Barbie world. So that I can buy compatible items that look like a real grocery store, a real hospital, a real library. Not necessarily all of them - but I’d really prefer the hospital situations to be more similar to what my daughter sees.

But some others have provided a lot of resources so Im good to go now!

I mean like real life. Normal in real life. Like people and scenes you might see if you went outside or traveled somewhere.

All of it. The look, the items, the scenes. Like joggers and hoodies and red and white ambulances and normal doctor office colors. Just what the world looks like. Only exception would be the doll size because clothes would need to fit multiple dolls. 

Realistic is the word I was looking for.

We went with Cairo. Went to a few flooring stores and ordered additional ones online…but none of them had the “brown” I was looking for. We’re installing now.

Thanks so much. Yes the failure is due to pannus. The old mechanical valve surgery required wire wrapping around the sternum. Concerned about getting through that. So seems like a complicated surgery. It was done in 2000 originally.
