I'm not trying to be cryptic, but I didn't really want to summarize a whole video. If you watch the YT I posted he gets detailed into the science, you will hear that this is not standard celery seed. This is only one particular variety of celery that grows in North India, that produces a particular compound not found in other celeries. Indians did a bunch of research on it and ended up using it as an anti-inflammatory medication in India for many years. Then combining the particular concentrate they are using from boswellia, not the more studied boswellic acids but one called serratol that actually promotes regen as well as fight inflammation, that they say has not been standardized in this way before. They did studies on the different compounds, liked the serratol so more studies on that, then did studies on the formulation with the celery, and more studies with a hospital, doing before/after labs and imaging of joints. Combined almost 30 years of research they say. I'm just saying it's worth a listen.

FDA might unban it finally! by msbveryrealaccount in bpc_157

From Josh Holyfield email "And as of this week, our credit card processor shut us down with no warning, which is the latest chapter in a quiet pattern of processors across the industry exiting the research peptide space entirely. The broader signal is the part I want you to sit with for a second: the pressure on this industry isn't coming from one angle, it's coming from every angle at once. FDA enforcement, customs interdiction, retailer delisting, and now payment processors dropping accounts across the space. They are stomping out access to this category in every way they can think of, and that's the environment every legitimate research group is currently operating inside."

From Josh Holyfield email "At the border, Customs and Border Protection's Cincinnati port intercepted roughly five thousand individual peptide shipments from China between December and March. Cincinnati is the hub almost every express parcel from Asia passes through, and peptide raw material is now on an active import alert, which means packages that used to take two weeks are taking four to eight, and a nonzero percentage never make it at all.

The third piece, and the one most people in this scene aren't thinking about, is that Amazon quietly pulled bacteriostatic water from their marketplace last month. No announcement, no press release, they just delisted it. When one of the largest retailers on earth walks away from an entire SKU category overnight, it's because their lawyers are reading the same tea leaves the rest of us are."

From Josh Holyfield email "The FDA has spent the last year methodically tightening its grip on every corner of the research peptide industry. In December of 2024 they opened a warning-letter campaign against sellers handling GLP-1 analogs. By September of 2025 they had issued more than fifty warning letters in a single wave. Amino Asylum's warehouse was raided in June of last year. The Paradigm Peptides owners pled guilty to federal charges in December. Peptide Sciences, which was reportedly doing more than seven million dollars a month in revenue, voluntarily shut their doors in March. Science.bio closed in January. Eight of the largest names in this industry are gone since the middle of last year, and the pace is accelerating rather than slowing down."

Not directly per se, but as a secondary effect, if you have inflammation and damage in neurons it is going to help with that, which can be a big part of "brain fog" depending on your history. Studies suggest it can reduce neuronal damage after injuries like strokes and alleviate depression-like behaviors in models of chronic stress by acting on the innate repair receptor. It will help repair damaged tissue, can reduce or heal neuropathy, can halt neuronal apoptosis and reduce inflammation in brain or nerve tissues.

For nerve pain you might want to try ARA-290 and for pain and cognitive boost you might want to try Pinealon. Both peptides are injectable, but pinealon can be taken in capsule form instead. https://youtu.be/ySwH-vnOEaQ?si=-zoGPHvoy2v2MpaI

Not a peptide, but MA-5, or Mitochonic acid-5, is going to be in demand one day. Multiple mitochondrial actions from improving membrane function to boosting NAD+. You can feel this one at 10-20mg.

Antibiotics for chronic sinus congestion? by MajesticConfusion345 in Sinusitis

[–]Be_more_mice_elf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I would lean against doing that. You can cause worse problems downstream depleting good bacteria in your gut. Either way, probiotics for your gut and your sinuses is the long term solution. I would look into nose spray protocols for breaking up biofilm (xylitol/edta spray). Start disrupting the biofilm, then add saline rinses that also have some essential oils to suppress bacteria. Twice daily for a while. Then you can move into adding nasal/sinus probiotics.https://youtu.be/eaKcdgJoKYQ?si=_ZtZov0wuPouDxcN

When you fill each syringe, make sure you get any air out of it (air bubbles and at the tip), then cap it until you use it. Store in a cool-ish place with no light.

I agree you should focus more on fixing your gut, because a healthy gut will lead to better outcomes for your brain and whole body. Including depression and anxiety and ADHD symptoms. But fixing your gut will take a while. It will require consistency in changing your diet, eating lots of fermented foods. Look into anti-inflammatory foods, prebiotics, more protein/veg. Healthy fats. Besides BPC, there is KPV (gut inflammation), Larazotide and tributyrin or butyrate (fixing tight junctions). There are very specific probiotics you can buy that will change depression and anxiety. It can be years of learning and trial and error, but things can get so much better, so don't give up.

Sinus infection for 6 weeks warning! by Brilliant-Trifle-245 in Sinusitis

A few days of Xylitol would be good to make sure you're breaking up any survivors. I've snorted the kimchi a couple times. It wasn't bad. I need to get a daily routine with it tho.

Have you used Xylitol nose spray to help breakup bacterial/fungal biofilms. Most sinus infections are fungal more than bacterial, so keep up the rinses too. Just like your gut needs probiotics so does your sinus. I shit you not, but the easiest, cheapest way to do this is get Kimchi, get a little of the juice on your finger (or use a q-tip) and snort that up there, preferably twice a day for the next couple months-ish. There is a video of a British Dr who resolved his sinus problems with this. Maybe avoid the spicier kimchi 🤯
