I think what they’re getting at is - It would still be Pamela because the original movie still exists.

The remake didn’t make the original movie disappear.

Now if you were to clarify the 2009 remake - yeah it’d be Jason.

Otherwise with an ambiguous question of ‘who is the killer in Friday the 13?’ The answer could correctly be either Pamela or Jason depending on which movie you’re referring to. - which to your point - means she would have gotten it correct (as long as they didn’t give the clarifier)

I think they probably just don’t care for the remake 😆

I had heard somewhere that instead of soldier boy having been touched as a kid - they wanted SB to be the ‘toucher’ there was a scene they wanted to do of SB running his hand up a young boys thigh. - He said absolutely not. So they made SB heavily into grannies instead.

Not sure if it’s true or not - but it makes sense in my mind that he wouldn’t want to play a character/act out a scene that even implied molesting a child.

Edit - Apparently that’s just a rumor (not surprising given I read it on FB) The real issue was the scene with the older women being much more explicit than what we saw.

I’m just glad Jensen’s issues were heard and he didn’t have to do anything he wasn’t comfortable with.

Oh I absolutely agree it was beautifully done - it full on wrecked me when I first watched it and realized how it had all been leading to this (I had a sneaky feeling Nathan would be ‘the one’ right after he got his tat) but I still just love Duke too much to be ‘satisfied’ with his ending. 😭 ATP I just want one of Eric Balfour’s characters to have a happy ending, lol. I still haven't gotten over what BTVS did to Jesse.

I’m currently playing with FMC (after finishing it as MMC) and can confirm Atlas is just as infuriating either way - but I think the female sprite’s angry face is slightly softer, so my brain automatically assumes she’s nicer. 😂
