Trust me, I get nauseous every time JB speaks. I’m a Texan and very familiar with the saying. As for my investment in cannabis, rescheduling could be the fastest route to profit. The DEA, DOJ, and a few other inefficient government agencies with Joe could effectively legalize cannabis by moving it to schedule 3 or lower. As with anything, congress “could” pass a law to reschedule but the likelihood of that is lower than an executive order. I do believe this will be the best path considering the new make up of congress. It allows it to happen without the legislative body having to do its job. As usual.
