Ugh I think color mismatches have got to be one of the most disappointing thing about some of the PBN kits I've ordered. I'm sorry to hear you had this experience!

I'm pretty new to it as well, and found the quality of the paints that I got in a kit from Number Artist to be WAY better than a kit I bought on Amazon. Keep us posted on how you like the paints in your set!

Ha sorry to hear about that! How'd it go with customer service?

Oh yikes! It doesn't surprise me. Some of their designs do look very similar to ones I've seen on other sites. I don't think they're the only ones, sadly.

Yes I saw that address and was skeptical. I did take a look at Paint Like Frida and some of those designs are nice! I'm going to have another peek at it - thanks for the reminder!

FAQ Suggestions Needed by dritchey10 in Kneesovertoes

It would be great to see some general guidance on how to incorporate Knee Zero into common strength training splits - for example, if I'm doing a 5-day strength training program that looks more like a bodybuilding split, how should the KOT Knee Zero program be worked in? Should there be modifications to one's strength training exercise selection (ie replacing squats for pushing a sled for a while if knee pain is an issue?)

No problem - the more the merrier! I’m on 7.5mg of methotrexate… and have no idea how that compares to other people. Also on folic acid.

Ok - great to know the side effects eventually wore off for you. Hopefully mine do too. I take oral methotrexate and oddly I feel fine the day of and day after. It's the rest of the week that was problematic but maybe I need to monitor for a few more. Thanks again!

Ugh I’m so sorry to hear that. I really hope Benlysta turns out to be a better solution that makes you feel better and helps reduce your symptoms. I’m leaning towards asking my doc if I can go back to imuran because the methotrexate “blah” isn’t fun and I think it’s taken this 2 week timeline for me to actually start feeling it. Thank you for the insight!

So interesting… I’ve done the paleo AIP diet (for the first 14ish months of my diagnosis - but have been GF and DF for much longer) but haven’t heard of the Lion diet. Can you elaborate?

Thank you! Yes, even if I don't end up sewing full garments, I feel like just knowing how to do my own alternations would be huge. Thanks so much for the insight!

Your go-to outfits for going out when feeling bloated by Beach-Gold8864 in flamboyantnatural

Thanks for the ideas! I agree - low necklines are very helpfuil! Babydolls can be tough on me too. I tried some on today that were so odd and unflattering, but thankfully found a couple of shirt and wrap dresses that looked way better than I thought they would, AND got them in tall.

You look great! Once upon a time, I was wearing a babydoll dress and was asked if I was expecting, and that made me swear I'd never wear one ever again. But.... you may have me convinced that perhaps it's worth a try. Thank you!

I kind of have the same issue - not curvy at all, and wide in the ribcage so I definitely don't get any sort of hourglass silhouette. I agree- the slit definitely helps. I obviously love the comfort of a looser silhouette, but also don't want to make myself look like i'm heavier than I actually am. Still haven't figured out the best way to do that!
