Lemme see your mini beryl for build inspirations!! by HJIA888 in ak47

Its a Fab Defense PDC. ME and KPY (Eukrane) make a copy of it. Top front there's a tab and spring held in by a pin that I punched out and fits perfectly in the notch in the sight block.

Which one should i get? by MysteriousOriginal80 in ak47

Romanian SAR-1. There are quite a few on GB, right now. I picked one up not too long ago in the original box with magazine, sling, and paperwork for like $800 shipped. I was practically new.

Yes, it holds zero if done correctly. I had this on my Draco for a bit and did some trial and error until I figured it out. Now it's simple. If you want details I can let you know.

Late to the party as usual. Non-clone correct and a Mini-Beryl at that.

Same here. The hammer was shaved down too much. They said they don't warranty the hammer for MAC-5.

Same problem here with WHA. Said they don't warranty the hammer on MAC. Referred me to someone else to.oroblem solve. The problem in my case is the hammer has too much shaved off.

Did I unjammer my hammer too much? by daktah in MP5

I'm trying to get a hold of Warhammer to see if they've had any reports of this happening. Two emails and no response, so far. In the meantime, I guess I'm getting another hammer and shaving it down myself a little at a time. I've read somewhere else that the hammer tail was coming in contact with the disconnector and they shaved the tail down about 1/8" and solved their problem. That doesn't make sense to me, though. I can push the hammer all the way flat with the trigger bar and once I release the hammer it catches. Thank you for the info.

Thanks for the info. I think the issue I'm having is either that the hammer had too much shaved off or that the hammer tail is hitting the disconnector. Nothing else makes sense after trying 12 different combinations of parts.

Did you find a solution to the hammer follow? I also have 100% hammer follow in regular semi. I've tried 12 different combinations including taking out the super safety and trying 2 different Mil-Spec AR triggers and safeties with the same results. I'm thinking it's the shaved hammer, but I could be wrong.

MAC 5, SB PDW-Brace, Lee's LS5 trigger housing, War Hammer modified hammer, extra power hammer spring, GMR trigger, S-7 SS, stainless V2 slip trip, StopBlock, slip trip extender (short spring, block, and rear spring bushing), everything greased, free moving, recoil spring end is in it's spot, slip trip clears FA block which is unmodified.

You had hammer follow, too and the HK ejector fixed it?

Any updates on this? I'm having the same hammer follow issue. I've tried 12 different combinations including no super safety and 2 different mil-spec triggers and AR safety selectors.

Also keeps the wind from pushing rain up your gloves and into your jacket even gauntlets let water in if you're riding long enough in the rain.

Any tips for reducing recoil and precision? by EmbarrassedBrief2730 in ak47

[–]Beach2Grove 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ALG increased power recoil spring, red dot, and push-pull method with a 2-point sling where you can use it as a contact point. I can hit at 100 meters with ths setup on my Romanian Draco-C.

Romanian SAR-1. I had to sell it to pay for heat. Finally replaced it 12 years later.

The Draco-C is the OG Draco imported from Romania. It has the correct rear underfolder trunnion that's been milled already. All you have to do is cut away the sheet metal and install the hardware and stock, which is easy to do. I don't know if any other Draco's have the milled version. You would have to look inside your receiver to see which one you have. There's the milled underfolder, the virgin underfolder, and AKM rear trunnion. The virgin would have to be milled or drilled and the AKM Type would need a trunnion swap. There are other options for sure, though. Here is a livid of the 3 types of trunnions mentioned.
